Are you curious about opening your home to foster care or adoption? Join us at noon on Sunday, May 5 for lunch and time with several New Life foster and adoptive families. We will share our own experiences and answer questions to help you discern if another place will be set at your table. SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY
The New Life Special Needs Ministry is a brand-new ministry we are creating to launch in Fall 2024. We are seeking individuals to volunteer their time, talent, treasure, and touch to assist children and individuals with disabilities learn about Jesus and support their families. Through this ministry we are looking to reach the one of so many where they feel alone and not seen. We hope to assist families with support and also provide an arena where families and individuals can feel accepted, safe, and loved while showing them Jesus. SERVE WEEK
Let’s get ready to serve! It’s time for cleaning New Life (inside and out!), along with painting and light landscaping. Join us any time April 20-27 between 8am-5pm. We’d love to have your help! Drinks, lunch, and snacks are provided. Feel free to bring any extra shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, etc., to help the work go faster! This service opportunity is available for everyone age 12+. SUMMER EXPLOSION
Summer is almost here, so mark your calendars for Summer Explosion! Join us for New Life’s VBS experience June 3-5 from 6:00-8:00pm. The cost is FREE and is open to kids ages 4–grade 5. Beginning April 21, you can go to https://newlifexn.org/register to sign up. Spots are limited, so be sure to register your kids as soon as possible! This summer, we are going to START THE PARTY and celebrate the Good News!
ENCOUNTER CONFERENCE
New Life Students, you don’t want to miss this! Encounter Conference is an annual youth and youth leader conference located at Victory Family Church in Cranberry Twp. This 3-day conference is designed for Christian believers to have an encounter with God. Students and leaders will experience the love of God pour out over them throughout the conference as they partake in activities, teaching breakouts, and morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. Their goal is to inspire people to take their next step in their walk with God in all areas of their life. The event will be held Wednesday, June 19 from 4:30-9:30pm, Thursday, June 20 from 9:30am-9:30pm, and Friday, June 21 from 9:30am-9:30pm. If you register before April 30, the cost is $29. Any registrations after that cost $49. Students will need to register at newlifexn.org/register AND complete the full registration through Encounter Conference. Students will need to be picked up at New Life before and after the conference each day.
BAPTISMS
Believer baptism will be celebrated Saturday, May 18 at the 6:30pm worship service. If you’d like to take a next step and be baptized, sign up on the Digital Connection Card. Plan to attend the Baptism Instruction on Saturday, May 11 following the 6:30pm worship service.
CHILD DEDICATIONS
We celebrate infant and child dedications Sunday, May 12 at the 10:30am worship service. If you would like to have your child dedicated to God, sign up on the Digital Connection Card. A pastor will meet with you prior to the worship service for the dedication instruction.
